Shari joined Barry Ward Realty in July 2007 as Barry’s Assistant. She brings over 10 years of local real estate experience in office management, loan processing and vacation rental management.

Shari was born and raised in Walnut Creek, and has visited the Arnold area since the early eighties. Following a stormy 4 years in Port Orchard, WA, she returned to sunny California in 1996 and settled in this peaceful area. Three very cool cats, Zeus, Bella and Tig, are content to share their home with her.

The distinctive flavor of all four seasons, the warm community, abundant recreation and laid back lifestyle are all reasons that Shari loves this area. It is a pleasure to share her experience with clients, help them to find their own mountain retreat, and she values the friendships made along the way.

As an artist, Shari is inspired by the vibrant beauty of the mountains, and the challenge of capturing that essence in pastels, acrylics and mixed media. Walking in the woods or at high country lakes, reading, attending fairs, plays and concerts, road trips to the coast and sailing on Monterey Bay are all favorite pastimes.
