Noreen has been visiting and enjoying the Arnold area for over 25 years. Now that her youngest son has headed off to college, she decided the time was right to make the mountains her home.

She has been a realtor since 1991 and has recently earned her CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation. Noreen has built a reputation based on client satisfaction and is committed to making her clients transactions proceed as smoothly and easily as possible. She loves working with people and helping them find their ideal dream home. She considers herself a family specialist, having served hundreds of families since 1991.

Noreen was born and raised in Boston and Cape Cod, Massachusetts and each year travels back East to visit with family and friends. She decided to make the big move to California in 1978 and has been here ever since. Once moving to California, she made her home in the Carmel Valley for over 20 years, and lived in the Fresno area for 6 years before moving to Arnold.

Noreen's love of the outdoors is what drew her to the Arnold area. She regularly takes advantage of every opportunity to go skiing, snowboarding, boating, golfing and taking her two dogs, Lucy and Libby, for long walks. She also enjoys gardening, cooking and entertaining family and friends. She is the proud Mom of two great sons: Gib, 26, who lives in Denver and Jared, 24, who recently graduated from UCSB and lives in Santa Barbara. She is also the exceptionally proud grandmother of Bracyn Ryder Seeders, born December 2009 in Denver, Colorado.
