Kip joined Barry Ward Realty as Office Manager/Escrow Coordinator in September 2007 and transitioned to being the Vacation Rental Manager in 2009. Among her many skills, she brings two years experience as an Escrow Associate with a local title company, and nine years in marketing, including four years of field management.

Kip was born in Marin County and raised in Fremont. She has been visiting this area since 1978, and made the move here in 1997 with her loving husband of 24 years, and two beautiful daughters. Her family enjoys all the advantages of mountain living such as camping, fishing, and romping with their two dogs, Roscoe & Harley, at our many lakes. She also likes dirt bike riding, winter sports and motorcycle rides along the Ebbetts Pass Scenic Byway.
