Gloria has been a Realtor since 1981 and with Barry Ward Realty since 1990. She continually strives to improve her professional abilities - first by obtaining her Broker's license and then her GRI (Graduate of Realtors Institute) and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designations. She loves real estate and derives great satisfaction in finding just the right property for her clients. It's challenging, fun and very satisfying. Her "stick to it-ness" pays off with happy clients! This leads to referrals and many more happy clients.

Gloria was born in Indiana, spent a large part of her childhood in Florida and as a teenager moved with her family to Southern California. In 1976, she and her family visited friends in Arnold and immediately fell in love with the area. In 1978, her dream came true when she moved to Arnold with her family. Her son and daughter are now both grown and she has two handsome grandsons.

She believes it's important to give back to the community that has given her so much throughout the years and does this as an active member of her Soroptimist Club. One of her favorite events is the Youth Parade at the annual "Frog Jump" celebration. She has played a part in organizing this event for several years. Another favorite time is the annual "Teddy Bear Tea", that she has been a co-chair in planning. "After all, children are our future!"

Gloria says, "I love the change of seasons and being close to God's creation and would love to hear from you and share some of the wonder of the mountains and perhaps play a part in making your dream come true."
