Cyndie began working with Barry Ward Realty as the office manager in June, 2004. In September, 2007 Cyndie became our Vacation and Full Time Rental Assistant. She has 15 years of real estate experience in office administration, and has owned and managed a residential property management business.

Cyndie was raised in Fremont, and has lived in the Sacramento and the Pleasanton-Livermore areas. Cyndie has been coming to the Calaveras Big Trees area with her family since she was 6 years old. In 2004 she was able to fulfill her dream of living in this beautiful mountain area, where she & her husband Lou enjoy hiking, kayaking, skiing & gardening.

Cyndie & Lou live in Arnold with their completely spoiled Chihuahua, Chica. They have 2 grown daughters, Beth, who with her husband, Jason & 2 absolutely adorable babies, Orion & Wylie, reside in Petaluma; and Julie who lives in Arizona, with her husband, Sam.
