Carmie Sanchez has recently joined Barry Ward Realty; She has been full time Realtor since 1991. Carmie strives to find the perfect fit for her clients and enjoys helping them turn their dreams in to reality.

Carmie went to grade School in Twain Harte and relocated to Monterey County with her parents where she attended High school. She started her career in Monterey County and relocated to Calaveras County in 2001 to be closer to her family who has resided here for 40 years. Carmie enjoys the adventures of this county with her husband, son and two daughters.

Carmie was the driving force behind the Calaveras County Association of Realtors “Housing Affordability Fund” (HAF). HAF was organized by the California Association of Realtors as an outstanding pilot program for other counties in California She is a Graduate of the Calaveras Chamber of commerce leadership class 2008.

Relocating to Calaveras was just like moving home. She feels blessed to be a part of this remarkable County, and loves introducing new people to the great homes and relaxing lifestyle of Calaveras County.
