We are in the central Sierra, east of Stockton, between Lake Tahoe to the North, and Yosemite to the South. It's about a 1.5 hour drive from Stockton, 2.5 hours from San Jose, and 3 hours from San Francisco. Locate Stockton on a California map, go due east on Hwy 4 to Angels Camp and then continue east up State Hwy 4 to Arnold, CA.

It has been a long drive, the kids are agitated, but relax, and take a few deep breaths. Arnold is so small everyone knows where we are. It's just downright easy to find our well-signed and lighted building. Go 1/2 mile past the Meadowmont golf course and we are on a prominent corner on the left side of highway 4. If you see the largest building in town, the Bank of America, you have gone 200 feet too far.

Our rental rates include rent, tax, standard cleaning and a processing fee. When you make your reservation we will ask you for a $150.00 security/cleaning deposit in order to secure the reservation. We would like to receive your deposit within 5 business days from the date you made your reservation. We now accept Visa and MasterCard for your convenience, or you may send us a check. Upon receipt of your deposit we will mail you a confirmation, rental agreement, and rental procedures. Please review this important information and bring it with you. Full payment is required prior to your arrival. You may mail us a check, provided we receive it 7 days before your arrival date, or you may call us and use your credit card. When the cabin is left in good condition, we will refund your deposit within 21 days of your departure.

If you are looking for the largest rental program in town, you have come to the wrong place. We pride ourselves on a small, but select, list of cabins. These are well managed, and we emphasize a high degree of customer satisfaction. It is our belief that these are some of the nicest choices in the area and we work only with owners who take pride in their properties.

A quick word about our vacation rentals in general: These are individually owned homes, which are being made available to the public. They are not perfect "cookie-cutter" motel rooms with those little bars of soap. Each is unique, and we find that most renters will try several while locating the ideal one they will use time and again. While we strive to satisfy everyone's needs, please remember that you are a guest in someone's home and just like in your home, you may find a few "honey-dos" still in progress. The best part about these homes is their character. They are not Motel 6, but we do occasionally leave the light on.
