Vacation Rentals
Rates All rates include rent, tax, standard cleaning & processing fee.
Please note: The rates displayed here are the basic rates for each rental class. Be sure to check the rate listed on the unit you are considering. A $150 security/cleaning deposit is required to secure your reservation. A printed confirmation is sent upon receipt of payment. Payments may be mailed to:

Visa and MasterCard are accepted. Full payment is required prior to your arrival.Check-in Time: 3:00 p.m. * Check-out Time: 12:00 noon
Don't Forget to bring your own sheets and towels.
Cancellation Policy Cancellations are due at least one week prior to reservation date for a refund, except for holidays whereby two weeks notice is required.
Holiday Rates Christmas Rates are 20% higher (December 16th thru January 6)
Rates are 10% higher on the following holidays: Martin Luther King Jr. Weekend, Presidents' Day Weekend, 4th of July Week, Memorial Day Weekend, Labor Day Weekend and Thanksgiving Holidays
