Local Communities Mill Woods
Mill Woods is Arnold's newest community. Its smaller lot sizes are ideally suited for people who prefer to spend their time enjoying their second homes without having to worry about yard maintenance. The area provides buyers with a choice of townhomes, small to medium sized single family homes, or a large, prestigious home with a view of distant ridges. Homeowners dues are currently $62.00 per month, ($130.00 per month for townhomes), and include the use of the private pool, clubhouse, weight room and picnic area. Dues also pay for snow plowing of the community's roads. Mill Woods is located close to town and within a short distance to shopping, restaurants and banking facilities.
