Local Communities Lilac Park
Lilac Park is an older subdivision that is located on the Southeast side of the middle of town in Arnold. Some of the advantages to Lilac Park are that you can walk to town for shopping or to visit a restaurant and it is the ideal spot for a summer cabin because it is located on the "cooler" side of the ridge. It is also a great place to find a good cabin for a good price. There is a mandatory homeowners association with dues of $130.00 per year, which includes the use of a private swimming pool and park-like picnic area. Homes here obtain their water from Calaveras County Water District and they are on septic systems. | |||||||
